2021 TR to PR pathway : Received notificaton 'You have passed the medical examination.'

Hi, Almost two years after submitting a PR application, I see the update in the IRCC portal that I have passed the medical examination. Does anyone have an idea of what to expect in the future? Is it still going to take a longer time for the IRCC to decide on the application?
