The same goes for the birth certificate, is it needed to be original or just a photocopy?

Both should be photocopies. Original will be requested later if required.

No one other than you can make this choice. Determine your NOC and then see if its one of those 50 new categories & if its their then calculate your points on FSW Calculator; if you have more than 67 points you are good to go.

IELTS is valid for 2 yrs. Your application should reach before it completes 2 yrs. for eg. if you r reults were declared on 30th June 2012 the your aplication should reach them by 29th June 2014.

Do you have the offer letter. Most of the offer letters mention the role and responsibilities to be carried out.

I have few Questions :

1. I have Job offer in CANADA and my Lmo is already approved for Noc(2171) and have applied for Work Permit but yet I am not in Canada. Can I use my offer letter in this FSWP-2014 program...?
I want to Say if I attach my Job offer & Lmo will it be useful..?

2. We need t attach originals :
a) WES Reports..
b) IELTS test result.
c) Police Verification
3. What is the meaning of reference letter from previous 10 years employers ?( Is it Experience letter from Previous Employers)

Would be grateful if someone could help me out..as i have gone through earlier posts but wasnt able to figure a way out.

i applied for NOC 2147 in FSW2013 but its not here anymore.

1. I have an Electronics Engineering Degree, can opt for NOC : Electrical and electronics engineers (2133), but my work experience doesn't match as it is primarily of 'Telecom/Computer Network' field.

2. When i think to go with NOC : Computer network technicians (2281), then there is a problem as i dont have experience/designation of a 'Technician' since i started directly as a "Network Engineer" although some of the job description do matches with what i did even as an engineer.
- If i opt 2281, will my existing 'ECA Report' of engineering degree in Electronics be enough/ or will match the requirement? as it is of ..."Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is usually required." ??

any suggestions ?

Hello friends! I have a question. What do you mean by the scoring in SECONDARY LANGUAGE? I only took IELTS and scores of Read = 7
Speak = 7 Listening = 7.5 and Write 6.5. Do i get a score in Secondary Language? Also I am a registered nurse. What score do I have 23 or 21? Thank you for your honest answer friends.
