Hello guys,
Next year, January 2015 i am planning to apply NSNP (without job offer). I am long time struggling and still messed up. I don't know where to start from, the list of the documents....:-(.
Anyone could illuminate me on how to start?!

Must have documents that you can start lining up now

1 - IELTS (Register and take test - General)
2- Money in your account (that isn't suddently deposited when you apply). So start saving now or in latest .... in september. 3 months statement will be needed and you want to show a stable account.

Nice to have documents
3 - ECA . Education and Job credential certified by ECA. (This is a MUST for federal and rules may change that require this document next year)

Today is my day 1 to log into this forum and I got surprised when I learned that many of you guys have been nominated!

I need to know whether I should wait, or not receiving a reply from them till today means that I am out?!

NSOI is processing applications received on march 17, 18th. With about 70 nominations made, you stand a good chance of file being opened before nominations are completely handed out.

It's around 3 weeks now without any pre-scr to anyone from the forum applicants, it seems that they stopped giving pre-scr

Thanks a lot my dear.
I phoned them about an hour ago, and the officer said that since they started reviewing files and up till now they are still checking files that were received from day one till the mid of March!!!
She also said that they were some days were they received 400 applications in one single day, and therefore she told me not to expect a reply from them before several weeks.
Number of nominated persons up to today is 67 according to her.

Some conclusions based on data on this forum

+ Last or latest pre-screen email to have been nominated was pre-screen June 25th. No news of nominations for people that received pre-screen email in July

+ Last pre-screen email per data on this forum was received by a member about 2 weeks ago - July 17th

+ Last application received date opened per this forum is March 14th (15& 16th are weekend days)

Answers:

1) To answer this question, we need to know how many people in your family.

2) Under the nominee program, you pay for your air fare and for your dependents. Province does not pay anything on your behalf, the only nominate you.

3) No - that's why if you're single, you're required to show that you have over $11,000 (if you're single) so you have some funds between the time you land and when you find a job. The province will provide resources (many of them will) to assist with your finding a job BUT landing a job is ultimately your responsibility

Hi Guys,

Next week, I am sending my documents to CIO for NPNS program. I need help from senior who already filed their application to CIO and received any confirmation from CIO.

I just want to reconfirm that, CIC Province Nominee checklist require to send only CIC forms, Travel documents, Civil identity documents, children documents, nomination letter, IELTS copy, police certificate and CIC fees.

They does not require any educational documents, financial requirements, job experience letter.

Should I follow checklist or send other above mentioned documents as well.
