Because they have already issues so many case number as well as requested applicants to update forms, information , asked about education credentials, reference letter etc...

Due to these reasons, they are waiting for response from applicants. If they will find everything is ok after applicants response then NS will nominate them.

Otherwise, they will go ahead for next slot and assign case number.

Even today i called and that lady told me that they are currently within 18 march and in short period of time they will open 18 march files.
Moreover she told me that they have issued more than 50 but less than 60 nominations....

i would like to thank you all for this updated inf.My name is SUZAN from palestine i applied to RLMD/NS,my application recieved to nova scotia by A.PAKKER on 17 of march untill now no response from NS.my husband is the principle applicant he is mechanical eng with more than 13 years exp in pharmacutical industry and i am chemical eng.also we have two kids.
in 2013 we applied to FSW and we recived UCI number because the officer return our application,because we did not issued education credintal asesment but now we have it. the most thing that we are soooo angry about this late to issue pre-screeing email or anything from them.please we need any info or just small news about my application.Any body advice.

But in documents checklist they have mentioned Copy of IELTS report in bold letters.
and as per documents check list they have not mentioned about experience letter, Funds and educational documents

Since they are working around 17th March apps, which is also yours, so just keep patience. Soon you will hear from them.

I am not sure how they will respond for Mechanical and Chemical engineer as it looks like they prefer Comp Eng. Keep fingers crossed, God bless.

I am new here. I filed my application and reached to NS on the 1st of April.
I know chances are low for me to be nominated but I am positive that I will be nominated.

I would suggest you to contact them via eMail. Mention your case number in subject line.

It could be possible that your case office is on vacation. but one month is too much.
