Educational transcripts is mandetory to send?

i m 95% done with my application.i m missing with one transscript which describes only 1 subject in it.. It will take more than a month to get the duplicate of that from my university.

I dont want to delay my application? can i proceed & send the application? suggestions please!

I believe that transcript is mandatory. However, I can't understand how did you get transcript for all except one suubject only, or you are talking about syllabus not transcript. BTW, if I were you and it is only one subject, I will send me file with a small clarification letter for the remaining subject and I will mention that I can resend it within one month upon NSIO request.

Its s semester for me which i have 3 subjects in total for that semester.
at the first attempt i passed 2 subjects.1 fail. In next attempt i cleared it ,where i get separate transcript for that single subject.

Can u suggest me to send my application with out missing transcript?

I agree with this point. AOR will be received by postal and not by email. Email will be sent only if they have mailed the nomination letter to our contact address

As in regular snail mail? It will take a lot of time to reach our address
