that form is for people that are in a conjugal relationship. its not for married couples with their marriage certificate.

What if If someone has already applied for another Province..

1. If Applies then will the previous Application will be cancelled.
2. If not then please share the settlement plan details.

What it means is that if you still want to apply under the CIS, your application must not be post marked after March 6. You cannot send a form for CIS on the 7th as it closes on the 6th
