OMG that sucks, so CIC confirmed they really refuse to aknowledge medical made and received before she was no longer on the list of designated doctors ?
As if this process was not already expensive and stressful enough...

Yeah, they wanted the new ones. Didn't really tell me what happened with the other doctor or any reasons why. My other meds were valid, in-date til May and nothing wrong with me. So dumb.

Anyway, all done and sent off the new ones. The clinic I went to this time, Cliique Medicale Luso on Mont Royal Ave - amazing. I recommend that to anyone who needs meds! They did it all quick and in the same building, unlike Yankova who made us wait 4 hours for a 5min appointment, and then go to two other buildings for tests.

Who to trust, Vegreville or Call centre? Both seem to be out of touch with each other in my case and yours lol.

We finally received the letter from CIC today. We had followed other posters' suggestion and had filled out the undertaking kit in advance, so we were able to hand deliver it today!

They resent us the same original letter that was supposedly sent to us at the end of October and did not update the deadline that applies for the CSQ, even though we are now 2 months later.

The letter states that the CSQ must be received at their office by 01/29/2013
I will have to call CIC and ask for an extension. :'(

Go seach for the Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker on CIC site (Sorry, i'm not allow to post link yet, so can't be more helpful)

May I ask how much it cost you to do the medicals at Clinique Medicale Luso? It cost us $310 at Medisys.

I am asking in case we have to redo it too. My husband's meds should be good until May, but with the way things are going, who knows. :'(

Chik it cost us $205 when we went to Yankova last May, and only $200 at Luso.... I think you got ripped off :s

Can anyone tell me what size of photos it needs during the inland landing interview?

You may wear non-tinted and tinted prescription glasses as long as your eyes are clearly visible. Make sure that your eyes are not hidden by glare on the lenses. Sunglasses are not acceptable.
A hairpiece or other cosmetic accessory is acceptable if it does not disguise your normal appearance and you wear the accessory on a regular basis.
The photos must clearly show your face. If you may not remove your head covering for religious reasons, make sure your full facial features are visible.
Photos must have been taken within the last 12 months to ensure an up-to-date likeness.
Photos may be either black and white or colour.
Your face must be square to the camera with a neutral expression, neither frowning nor smiling, and with your mouth closed.

Height - 45mm
Width - 35mm
Facial size from crown to chin must be between 30mm and 25mm.

Print date photo taken on reverse.
