Yes I got one dependant , 21 at the time of application. Lets see what come up.

I received it too. Question: In the e-mail, for principal applicant, they mention the sponsor's name, and not the principal applicant's name. I believe this is a typo. Do you guys have the same thing?

Can you post it what they asked this year or part of email that is being sent.

Did they asked for police clearance certificates too?

No police certificates now, just tell that parents need them later. Just check first page, exactly the same documents like in 2010 applicants

So it may be right that CIC is working on applications with no dependents first.

Interesting to see everyone is getting email this year whereas last year it was a letter which was sent to everyone.

For those of you waiting for this email please check that the email you gave on forms in 2011 is still operational. Sometimes people have found email id has changed and cic send email to old id or one that is no longer being used.

Hi guys,

I just spoke to my Lawyer today and they told us that I applied for my Citizenship after the sponsorship, so they updated the system with my home address and no e-mail. I am going to see my Lawyer today to sign some papers.They told me that they got the request.

I will update after visiting him.

My parents don't have the marriage certificate (because this was not required that time)...So what other document can be used for spouse relationship?

Can we use passport (spouse name is listed), Rassan Card, Aadhar Card etc... as the proof or MUST get the marriage certificate?
