I'm from 2012 too. I did my test a couple weeks ago. I was told that they haven't reviewed my RQ response yet. I thought whole point of the interview was to clarify any questions they have. Nope. I sense another questionnaire will be heading my way or it's back on the pile gathering dust again.

2011 applicant! Passed the test with RQ after test and recent CIT 0520. Frustrated like most of you!

The fact that we are getting into the summer season will not help us at all. It has been almost 2 months since I sent the letter to the officer but I still have not heard back from him which makes me think that he is probably on vacation.
I continue to believe that we should all have re-applied months ago, we would have been finished with the process by now as new applications are processed much faster including with RQs. There are so many cases of people receiving RQs and their oath within a year or so.

Reapplying is an option but not the best for us especially now and after CIC announced that backlog will be cleared by end of this year. The other options I beleive are just wait or go for mandamus and the second is the best if the person can afford it.

Have you guys requested Atip, are your files in St Clair, is it with a level 2 decision maker ?

I am supposed to receive my ATIP around June 26 but I am not too hopeful that I will find anything new. Let us remember that ATIPs are printed usually the same day you make the request so by the time you receive it it may might not be the most up to date information.

Feb 2013: Test (RQ was given right after interview)
March 2013: RQ returned
August 2014: File transferred to St. Claire (not sure why it took 18 months for local office to transfer it)
Jan 2015: Officer assigned (as per ATIP)
Feb 2015: RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker

I am tired and getting no good news from CIC waiting for almost 42 months

and atip report is normal... officer assign, security check up waiting,,

now waiting to schedule next step...... etc... Any suggestion apart from mandamus

as lawyer need lot of money and will take another year.....

Jan. 2012 applied. RQ march 2013... waiting since I replied RQ april 2013..
