pending since 2011-2012 or over 36 months ?? kindly up date any positive movement

on file ? await to hear some good news ?

Nothing happend after the victoria day long weekend last year so I'm not holding my breath ;D

What is the outcome of first mandamus? Why it was not finalized and took decision?

After the firs mandamus, they took a step forward by inviting us to the Test...and my lawyer said we should withdraw the case since they already made progress in your case...and we expected that all is well and after we did the test successfully they will just invite us to oath after almost 4 yrs tragedy but we ended up with another RQ and another long tunnel to pass through

Hi.. your case is strange, seem progress in your file and than back to judge for
decision ? I suggest that you order atip report may be your case about to complete.
Judge will not take too long to make a decision hope waiting for oath schedule..

Before paying money to the lawyer check atip report will give you some idea.

I have read on this forum that people have got 2 RQs but how come? how the second RQ is different from the first one? Also, is it possible to get a second RQ after giving the test?
