So basically they mean to say their quota for 2017 is met and submitted nominations like ours will be given away in their respective 30 to 60 days time period i.e around mid to end jan 2018?? Am i missing on some thing??

I absolutely second you here, i seriously see myself a new person since taking the plunge for OINP @425. The anxiety the constant thinking process is a silent eater. Only if you can make other options working to increase scores then prolly not this. For me 100 % take it for a better sleep...
