applied on 14th july vfs chandigarh. 21st they dispatched the passport. and on 22 recieved the same with approved visa till expiry of passport. no previous travel history. thanks everyone in the forum for all the updates.

applied offline (paper) in vfs chandigarh on 14th july. on 21st september , vfs website showed passport has been dispatched.passports came the following day with visa till the expiry of the passports. thaks everyone for all the updates and help

Hi . thanks for the info. my point was that do they consider the NOC / holiday. they got their noc from 26th of this month to 26th of next month. and if the visa doesnt come for lets say 15th of september then they need to again apply for the NOC.

Hi Nimma78 , my parents are also govt employees. and they got international holiday aprroved by their department for 1 month. did you get the visa before you the time frame of the holidays? do they consider the holidays approved by the govt and initate the request faster?

but i found 1 person in the forum . he applied on 7th july and got his approval 10th this month

45 days including sat sundays?

they have their own criterias. cant be sure what is in their mind when they are processing it

7th july chandigarh trv visa from chandigarh was approved on 10th of this month.

if you applied under canplus then it should be processed faster than the rest. in my opinion. we applied on 14th july and still no update for us too

it is case specific enquiry. just read it off the internet. there is no time frame for processing. in some cases it takes more time than other cases
