Are you talking about declaration on arrival? It will ask if you have over $10k etc, you must decare these on the new kiosk machines and the officer will ask further questioins later.

I sent out mine on august 5th. And I think I checked that box to state I have READ it, even though the police certificate and medical are not included cz I know I will get the request from CIC. I hope its not enough to send the app back??

wow....that would be quite upsetting if they sent everything back just because of 2 photographs..The photosize are correct it's just the head size in the picture. I am currently abroad visiting my husband so its perfect chance to take 2 new correct photo size and send to them. I'm panicking...
