As per November thread if it will take 1.5-2 months for a response then December applicants may expect process to begin November-jan. That is going by the response of the officer, November applicants should receive nominations in 2 months time. So enjoy all the holidays from now until December...

8th June received means it's night time where I live so I couldn't possibly have checked my mail in the night

Hi, I've received AOR yesterday. It's nt mentioned in my AOR that OINP wants ECA from the assessing institution. Rather wait for further instructions from OINP than undulating them wit queries and sending any documents related to ECA unless asked that's my opinion.
