My application was returned today as incomplete, they mentioned that I submitted outdated version of application. It must be dated October 2017 or later. However I submitted form dated December 2019 taken from their website.... Not sure what shall I do....

In our case they didn't extend medical. We had only two and a half weeks to enter after PPR. Passport was received back two days before flight (fortunately)... "

Usually they are asking for original PCC. So the attachment to e-mail will not work. You have to send the original (with the translation) via mail.

How did they do it? Automatically or you requested?

What did you select under "Enquirer identification" tab - Sponsor or Applicant?

When you submitted documentation did you log in under your name or your mom name? Maybe you logged in under your name and uploaded her documents, therefore they are looking for Representative Form...

It is strange than that my file transferred to Moscow, it shall go to Warsaw...

I found the following numbers: Backlog in 2011: 167,466 Processed in 2011 14,078 2012 21,778 2013 32,318 2014 18,200 2015 15,481 Based on math - we have 65,611 plus 10,000 from 2014 and 2015, and 10,000 from 2016. Not very promising with 20,000 plan for this year.
