My wife is PR too, for some reason she may have to give birth outside of Canada. I'm working full-time in Ontario, am I still eligible for maternity leave and EI? Thanks in advance.

How does the OHIP department how that one is outside of Ontario for more than 30 days in his first half year in Ontario? any chance that one still be able to use his health card?

I checked the Ontario gov website, looks like the labour law only applies to business with or more than 50 employees. What about business with less than 50 employees? no rules? does it mean employer can just do anything to the employees?

through toronto IAD office, i am outside of Canada.

i filed my appeal this date last year, i think i am approaching the day of court, but i still not have a lawyer yet, its so hard to tell if a lawyer is reliable or not. what should i do about it? i just dont have a clue now.
