Just check with the Employer whether you will be localized (i.e. converted into Canadian employee) after getting PR.

Everyone is having same confusion. PR processing takes minimum 6 months after receiving ITA, So do we need to have a offer of atleast 2 year from now?? No one is sure. Only time will tell us.
