hi guys! my mom didnt exit after two years staying here in canada. what will gonna happen if thats the case?

I hope someone can answer my question here. My mom will go home on Oct 22 in the philippines and she has a multiple entry as a super visa.. What I will do so that she can come back again here in canada and what are the forms should I need to fill up? should I start again for a new application?

Hi Cedeel ! i just called the cic agent today and they told me that probably they received your documents thru email and don't send it anymore thru mail.. cause the CIC will write you again an email if they didn't received anything from you.. As for your ECAS they are updating it ..

It's state on their letter that "Please send the documents/information to: Attention: Application Advacncement - inland SCLP Email: CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca
