Landed on April 10th. Changed address online a week ago. Called today, agent said address has been updated, PR card hasn't been sent out yet.

I asked if my eligibility is passed, he said no it's still in progress. That there are still a few things they need to check with my application, but it's not under second review. He wasn't being specific, just saying they are still working on it. So I didn't ask more.

Honestly, I would spend the money and get a real good lawyer. Lose some money is better than lose everything at this point. Good Luck !
