i am guessing ur nationality is German and u dont need a canadian visa. In that case u need to apply for a study permit outside of canada. U can either do it in Germany or in LA USA u cannot do an "in canada" application.

the response from MP does not answer anything it just presents facts from the past which we all agree were better as previous system was better for us on PGWP. He does not talk about the new system and how it is affecting us. New system(express entry) poses a danger to us on PGWP and not the old...

system is haywire i couldnt see m status for couple of days and then it changed to approved without notification now I am hopping to see my permit in mail.

i logged into mycic today and saw my status has changed to approved . I didnt get any email notification is this normal? just want to make sure as system has been haywire lately.
