I understand I used to feel the same, but I refused to let my fears got to me, I always emailed, try again, sometimes they might have got the documents but haven't processed them, but once you inquire about them,it prompts them to look into your case sooner...pray and move in boldness..its well...

yes, if you do it very fast, in just less than 3 weeks, if all is well, you will receive it, then you can email them to your Visa office...I did the whole thing for my husband and I got the certificate in exactly 21 days..good luck
