I did the medical exam on Feb. 5. My doctor said my medical result was sent out on Feb. 15.

Get the medical request on Jan 29 2012. Call local health centers the same day. There are two places in my city can take medical exam for immigration. I called both. One can arrange the exam on Feb. 5. The earliest available date for the other center was on Feb. 6. Thus, I booked the first one...

Submit bank statement only in the initial submission (Feb. 2012). Showed 15,000+ for two persons. Submit the bank statement and 6-month activities history on Jun. 2012 without requisition. But not sure whether these documents were considered. Never below 15,000.

Yes, you r right. I don’t know that either. I once sent cic an email to ask whether they received my updates. But no reply.

No. But I did update my 6-month activities of my bank accounts at the end of June 2012 without the requisition.

What's the e-mail that you used to contact with CPP Ottawa? Is it ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca? I tried to email CPP Ottawa through this email address twice, but neither got reply.
