he just feels upset i think, its not easy being in that situation. if DHL will be inspecting package from CEM, then we might hear some worst situation posted here.... ;) when their spouse lands in canada, CBSA will send them back to the phils - reason, they already landed a week ago.

if this is true, there's a serious problem dealing with DHL, can you imagine if lets say, i will send some documents to CEM, don't tell me they will open it up before delivering to CEM to make sure the package is really for CEM... and yes, enough already for me,...that's all i can say...

steph, don't worry with ecas, mine change to canada address 2 weeks after i received my visa. and i've read some even has phil address even when they landed already.

what i did with mine was sent it to the address in the request letter from CEM. i print the letter and send it along with the requested docs, they only asked passport and booking cert. it worked for me, thats all i can say...

the person x is just as worried as you coz obviously the one who will receive your package is waiting for their package from CEM as well. anyway, its up to those DM's applicant to do want they think is best for them. you had been thru with this situation, i'm not, so i am not in the position to...

i meant, if DHL starts opening every package from CEM before they deliver it to the recipient, identity theft might happen. you will wonder how come in the papers you already landed in canada even if you are still in the phil...

thats basically what will happen... for all you know, you already landed in canada before you packed your baggage...

yep you are right... it happened to 10 visa issues as what you've mentioned.. but isn't there are hundred thousands Filipinos/Filipinas who migrates to Canada every year...anyway, for the DM's out there, its your choice what you want to do...
