I had discovered from my gcms notes that PPR was made to me on 1st Mar, 13 via email, which I didn't get. I approached the mp to request for a 2nd PPR on our behalf, but when no reply had come from the mp, I made a cover letter explaining the facts and send the passport on the basis of the gcms...
