I faced this issue too. In the section 'Details of Visit to Canada' - question 1, I was not selecting 'Super visa — Parents and grandparents', I was selecting some other option. May be you have the same problem !

I am living outside Canada, my employers in Ontario applied for the lmo number in the first week of November. They have not heard any thing back yet. It is nerve cracking at my end. It seems like an unending wait. Also, thanks all for the posts here .... they are really helpful.
