Thank you all for advice. I had sent only my passport with a letter explaining the situation and I got the visa within 2 weeks.

Should I also send my passport with the letter about non-accompanying spouse or just the letter?

I know that is my best option but she refused to send her password despite my numereous request. We are living seperatly now and my 60 days deadline is also approaching.
