    Status "Decision Made" without medical always means rejection?

    I applied FSW which they received on 15th Dec 2008, and my NOC code was not in demand. Just now I check the status and there it says "Decision Made", so it surely means it is rejected? I have also applied for AINP 2-3 weeks back, still need to get nomination from them.

    I Saw some posting somewhere which says we must live in Alberta for 2 yrs after arriving, is that true? Also I couldn't got any reference on Alberta(alberta.ca) province website about PNP for h1b's, can anyone share link?
