As for me i mailed my passport and that of my sponse without the I-94 in the passport. Because i don't want a situation it gets missing.

@shyli your PR visa on your passport is valid one year after medical. So when you land you will be sent a PR card which has 5 years validity.

Guys, This is unbelievable. Miled my passport to NY (fedex) on monday morining 9:01am. NY received the passport next day tuesday 9:25am. Just now 3:25pm thursday received passport back with PR VISA & COPR God is good.

Congrats man! Pls got some questions for you can you give more details of the documents you used for the AVR at the port of entry back and what questions were asked and your response to them? Did you come back by air ,water or land?

@ narsanna The reply you got is a standard one you get automatically after sending the mail it comes less than 5 mins.(it's an auto response) It takes couple days to write you if they will reply to your enquiry.
