Same situation as the both of you. :'( When you pay over $1000 for a service you wouldn't expect it to take this long. I hope they realize how much this waiting around messes up people' lives.

They received my package on March 2, Files was transferred June 21, and I'm still waiting. So does that mean it's been 7 months processing time or 4 months? I'm a bit confused ???

Quick question, are the processing times from when Mississauga received our package or when it was transferred over to the London VO office?

I have the latest version of adobe X. yes, i tried that, still no luck. I seem to be able to leave other fields blank and it works, but leaving that one blank and skipping over it when inputting the information still doesn't work

I am going to plea to the forms for one last hope that someone can help me out. otherwise i'll just write in 0000-0000 in the UCI column of i can validate it then write a note saying why it's all zeros. :-[

What the heck, i just tried what you said, filling a new form and not putting anything in that field, and it still wont validate it. I have left other fields blank and it's fine with those, but when i leave the UCI/Client ID field blank, it doesn't work. ???
