I heard back from support. Seems like everything is okay and now I just have to wait for the AOR.

I contacted them about this yesterday. We'll see how long it takes for them to get back to me. Last time I contacted them (for an unrelated issue) it took them 10 days to reply and they didn't even try to answer my question. They hide the form pretty well among thousands of other help pages. So...
