Hi all, Is it possible to obtain CSQ without French from inside Montreal region . with VJO the score is above 650 but recently I don’t see any draw for vjo holders from inside montreal region getting an invite ? please advice

i checked the pilot program, and it says its takes only 150 application per year and that quota is already filled on feb 16. should i wait one more year? and even i do, 150 is a very small number to get next year as well

in that case, your wife becomes primary applicant. is it allowed ? i read that dependant visa holder can never be primary applicant ?
