Dependent Children's School Records Unavailable - Is A Letter Sufficient?

Hello everyone, I am planning to submit my application within the next few months; but I have a question concerning the Dependent Children's School Record. In my case, my dependent child is a stepchild, who would have been living with me only for three years (not even four by the time I submit...

Do the "Second Generation Abroad" rules apply to me in my case?

Link, That was my concern as well before relocating permanently. What I started doing was submitting my resume to IT, Software, and Consulting Companies in Cities/Towns on which I could see myself living; without quitting my jobs or risking my family's stability. Eventually, I landed a great...

I read your posts, VO slowing down due to Tourist Visas and stuff like that. It is possible, unfair as I stated, but possible. Actually I remember some other cases...

Does your husband have a job in Mexico? If so, he can provide a letter to the embassy, along with pay slips and other bank statements. Car? Insurance? Anything helps and works fine. Make a reservation providing a departure ticket. I know that you both want to be together NOW, but at least you...

@ portugalpat and @itscoezy TRVs are not denied if applied correctly and right after the Sponsorship Approval is granted and the letter received. She applied for Multiple Entry and got it, no problem. The Visa was given for little more than a year. Just make sure you document the invitation letter and provide the copy of the sponsorship approval. Employment verification for both will be very helpful. Please work hard on the TRV App, if...

When you apply just make sure to provide a Thorough Invitation Letter, Another Letter explaining the state of your PR Process, who is...
