Yes I did lived in Canada before, I was there under a studen Visa. Once you have send the application it will take them a couple of months before they ask for them... In my case I apply back in November and it has been almost a year since... I hope its not much longer... best of luck to you

Thanks, I was able to contacted them and they said that they are just waiting for my fingerprints to be review by the RCMP and that would be it... does anyone know how long that could take??

Hey Guys, I need to know if some can tell me whats the phone number for the Guatemala office... long story short I was asked for my passport back in May, but I still hadn't heard any news so my wife conted our MP and he said that there was a letter that I did not received back in May as well...

Most likely it means that your aunt was accepted as a valid sponsor, same thin happen to me, my wife is sponsoring me, we received a letter from them saying that she was accepted as a valid sponsor. Best of luck :D

I'm sure that by now you must already figure out why they called you.... Good news I hope.... I did received a call from them and it was to give a tracking number for an envelop they were sending me... Requesting my passport and fingerprints done... Please tell us what happen with the call...

My lawyer has told me that takes 2 to 6 months from the day they received your passport to send it back, now, I hope that by now you have already figure the timeframe so if you could please tell me hoe long it actually took for the Guatemala office to send it back it would be great... Thanks :D
