i think the reason is the new card has not been activated yet... BOA sent me a new card to replace the old one. i think that caused the mishaps.. when did you send your application?

hi anata, its really weird. my bank is Bank of America. I was really not expecting this. I used debit card and was told that the pin has not been activated yet. I think the pin is only for debit cards and not applicable for credit cards. goodluck to you

its really unfortunate.. my NOC is not in the new list anymore NOC 1111. If your cc hasnt been charged yet, you can call your bank and ask if there are charges that didnt go through. If none yet, check your cc expiration date, credit limit, etc.. goodluck!

sad news, my application has been returned today via postal mail. Reason: you have not submitted the required processing fee i called my bank and I was told tha the pin for the credit card hasn't been activated yet.... :( please update..

CIC is really strict today. I just dont get the reason if your credit card was declined, you will not be given another chance even if you meet or exceed the qualifying points. Few months ago, i can read in this forum that they use to send email stating to submit a different type of payment or...
