I appreciate your prompt response. Its is very clear that i will have to take the route of PNP to get PR but what do you think is it wise to be eligible for only Nova Scotia and invest time and money for all this?

Very handy information but it is sad to know that only Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia offers Express Entry for overseas professionals who specifically ( do not need any job offer from that province or territory ) all other Provinces required job offer to be eligible for PNP.
