I have a Canadian Master's degree but it is not calculating in my score.
Plus, I am on a work permit, having a Canadian job offer, and working full time since May 2020 with NOC 2173. However, those points are not shown or calculated on my profile.

I tried to update it a couple of times but still, the points are the same, May I know the reasons?

Do you have a LMIA with closed work permit or PGWP. If PGWP, you need LMIA to count points for job offer.

How have you answered each question relating to your education? If your Canadian Master's isn't being counted, then you've selected an incorrect options somewhere.

As said above, for the job offer points, you would need to tell us what kind of work permit you are on and if it's LMIA supported.

You need an approved LMIA to claim the job offer points. You'll need to ask your company if they are willing to go through the process.

For your Master's, tell us how you have answered each question related to your education in your EE profile. You've selected a wrong option somewhere.

You answered yes to your program being a language course. To get a LMIA, your employer has to post your job and prove that no Canadian could be found.

Oh then its of no use. i better wait for 1 more month to be eligible with 1 year experience.
And that was confusing, I thought it was asking if the courses are thought in English or french. that is why I said yes.
However, I updated that and still there are no points added to profile.

An LMIA is still required after 1 year if you want to claim the 50 points for having a job offer / offer of employment.

An LMIA is not required to claim a year of work experience in Canada.

You mean even after 1 year of Canadian experience I need LMIA for those 50 points?

For the job offer points - yes, you still need an approved LMIA. Having a year of work experience with that employer is not enough.

You are on an open work permit with no employer specified. So the only way to get the 50 arranged employment points is for your employer to get an approved LMIA. Otherwise you cannot claim these points.
