not yet. my brother's application submitted by lawyer and probably he does not work during weekend. need to wait until Monday to see if there is any update. So far 33 days passed from submit date and should get some update soon probably

I hope so. I think he will be rejected as the compitition he invited to attened Is in sep 20th and no way he can reach canada by that date. However few people told me here that the officers wont look at the travel dates, but it doesnt make seance to me as his invitation is on the base of attending compititions and if he cant attened, the perpouse of visit will not exit to issue him visa. Lets see

yes.... try again, but work on his refusal points. ask for his officer notes to see what was the reason the officer was not convinced? my application rejected 4 times since 2016....I applied always with my husband.... last time I applied on June and was reject on July 25th as my family ties was the reason for my rejection.... but I applied 3days after on July 27th again as it is my brother wedding to attend and got approval last week. so don't be upset…. I am sure that even my brother will get refusal this week as well as he submit his application same time as your brother.
This was their second time we requested and me and our lawyer tried to address all officer concerns base on his/het notes from first time. Do you really think we can get the approval after 2 time rejection? I am so disappointed and upset
Most probably he will as he is not able to attend the copmitition.
what was the reasons he refused? probably family ties and travel history as same as my brother refusal last time he applied in June 2019.
your brother applied on 15th but my brother applied on 16th so I think his refusal will send this week. I will let you know for sure when we get an update.

Its quite urgent if someone can guide me. I applied for TRV on 3rd july 2019. Done my biometric on 29 july, got my correspondence letter on 15 august 2019. After that i didn't heard anything from them. Please help me if it is normal or what could be their decision.
I even submit my concerns through web form and yesterday spoke to their representative in abu dhabi. She forwarded my uci number. But still didn't hear anything. Need kind help from experts.
My family and I applied few times and each time We got different way of answer. Once the co.R letters and result came together, and some times came with a week or less time difference but your case Is a month. I suggest you to email the embassy directly if the processing time is already over. However if you talk to cic representative already and have them your UCI number and they didn’t tell you anything, it means your application still in process.

1 more question , is it worthy to visit canadian embassy abu dhabi directly and ask them regarding the case or not?
They won’t answer you if you directly go to the embassy. It’s waste of time I guess. The best way it’s email them. Tell them that you didn’t receive any reply from them after the CO.R letter and you just want to check with them if the application is still under process or you miss their reply by email.
