I just googled it. Use this link to search for it - not sure I can share links here...but the webpage will say - Find a Member of Parliament on the website ourcommons "https://www.ourcommons.ca/parliamentarians/en/constituencies/FindMP"
Normally, you wouldn't get to talk directly to MP but their assistants and they call CIC on your behalf to check what's going on. Ask them to call after your 1 year is passed from application date so CIC doesn't have excuse of saying - 'oh..it's still within 1 year processing time". I will update once I do that and what CIC says. Good luck to all of us.
And ya...you will need to visit their office and sign a form which will give them authority to call CIC on your behalf. So just calling the MP won't help.

IN a few days I'll be one year and still waiting for the damn test invite. I'm going to call them soon, but I know their useless answers, "high number of applicants, you will be contacted" and stuff like that. Please share your experience when you call and I will post mine too as soon as I call them. Doesn't look like there are a lot waiting for test, it's just a few of us I think. Good luck.
My one year is exactly October 12, 2018. My experience with the call centre is mixed. The worst is that they pointed out that my citizenship is too good so I just have to wait because I have more rights in travel freedom than a Canadian so for me the Canadian passport wouldn't give anything. Very interesting theory. The hopes they give to people is horrible. As an example " you should hear something back in a couple of days", hmmm this conversation was months ago. I am still waiting for the test invite. Every time you call them is the same answer.

damn..why they don't ask for that earlier? or just trying to cover up for missing 12 m deadline
I called IRCC atleast once in a 3 months. Always there is only one reply "no updates". when i called last time, a good agent keep me on hold for few minutes. I hope he spoke to my officer who handle my case and replied "no updates". after 2 days i received a letter in post to submit entry/exit record. The letter is dated one day after i spoke to an agent.

This is unbelievable.
Government system must be fair to all.
They should deal with applications month to month.
Once they finish all applications of Oct, then move onto next month applications.
What the heck is going on??

I'm sorry if this was asked before but can someone explain what's happening with Toronto? 10% Test Invite seems abysmal. What are the usual timelines for Toronto? I applied in October and still haven't gone past the In Process notification.

I passed citizenship test on Feb 21 ,2018. still not received OATH invitation. Status showing - In process. Don't understand what happen to my file. Any one have idea about this?
