Yes po! If youre a spouse of foreign national required po ang CFO. For canada po Tuesday and Friday lang po ang meron and per reservation sia if youre in manila. You can get the cfo seminar kahit wala pa po visa. They will give you certifate pero they will ask you go back to their office pag may visa na para madikit ung sticker. Getting the cfo seminar in advance is a win win situation para right after mo makuha ung passport with visa punta ka po agad cfo padikit mo sticker and pede ka na mag fly in the same day.
Usually its the last step po pag may visa na kasi immigration will not allow you to go out pag wala ung certificate na un. May kasabayan po ako na nag seminar non na hindi pinaalis kaya nag mamadali siang kumuha ng slot. 1pm natapos ung seminar. 7:30pm nag fly na

Kasi mine po i attended the seminar because i need to renew my passport and pag foreign national po kasi ang gagamitin mo surname nia eh kailangan na agad ng CFo. Yes registration is online lang. Per visa, not necessary naman po na dapat meron na. Kasi expected na po tlaga nila un na ung iba isa wala pa. Pag wala pa visa they will just give you the certificate. Tapos pag may visa kana thats the time na balik ka po don para madikit ung sticker

my husband is a filipino but a canadian citizen? I’ve already attended the seminAr last 2014 kase po requirement sa passport securing.. my question po is do i need to get back sa cfo for the sticker na namention nio po.. or yung foreign national spouses lang? Hi po. Sabi po ng counselor ng CFO. Counseling for spouse ng foreign national is once in al lifetime lang po and valid for lifetime unless maging canadian citizen kana. If nasayo pa po ung certificate mo just present the certificate to CFO para madikit po ung sticker. Tip ng counselor is after lunch pumunta para konti tao. If nawala naman po ung certificate they can reprint it for you pero may bayad

Ahh so definitely have to go back po sa CFO for the sticker noh? Akala ko po kc ok na yung certificate medyo malayo po kase ako manila.
Actually you can call there office nalang po. Like kung mag flight ka ng hapon tell them na dadaan ka sakanila for sticker. They also have the service wherein you will get the sticker sa airport na mismo

i’ve read na kung tourist or temporary visa no need na for sticker.. since PR visa satin i think need nga. Thank you ulit Yeah. As long your passport is phil passport, the certifate should be presented with passport. Lagi sila mag kasama. For spouse po who will me moving permanently, sticker should be there or else hindi paalisin ng immigration. I dont know for tourist/fiance

May applicant po. Pero they started processing ng June. July nasa MVO na then yestereday i received another email re pre arrival services

Hi po. If your husband po is foreign national the Guidance and Counseling program of CFO lang po ang kukunin. Its equivalent to PDOS (seminar for those who will leave the country na hindi asawa ng foreign national)
