Hi po. If your husband po is foreign national the Guidance and Counseling program of CFO lang po ang kukunin. Its equivalent to PDOS (seminar for those who will leave the country na hindi asawa ng foreign national)

Yes po for PR need talaga. Kasi nadiscuss sia samin nong counselor. Ung isang kasabayan naming nag seminar, hindi pinaalis kasi wala siang cert at sticker. Like kahit may visa ka if wala un, di ka parin makakaalis

Yeah. As long your passport is phil passport, the certifate should be presented with passport. Lagi sila mag kasama. For spouse po who will me moving permanently, sticker should be there or else hindi paalisin ng immigration. I dont know for tourist/fiance

Actually you can call there office nalang po. Like kung mag flight ka ng hapon tell them na dadaan ka sakanila for sticker. They also have the service wherein you will get the sticker sa airport na mismo
