No need to email IRCC.

It happens wIth me too. I choose d second option where only date if birth and passport no required instead of application number

Dont send any email. to IRCC

I too faced same situation.

Adopt other way. THere is a second option where DOB AND PASSPORT nos are required instead of APplicaiton nos.

Website says " your processed passport has been dispatched from the canada visa office bangalore on 25/09/2017 to the canada visa application centre. To know more please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website "

@Bryanna - can you let me know how much time it will take for passport to reach mumbai VFS ? When can I collect the passport from VFS mumbai ?

Please update d status as and when u recd ur passport or check at cic online website after linking paper application..

Alternatively u can call me how to check ur prossessed passport.

Hey any further update on your application? For my parents TRV also status is changed to we are reviewing your eligibility

Reach me at 9814884016 (BTW 9 to 10 pm) and do d following.

- be ready with ur computer
- keep ur paper application / passport details in ur hand to open a CIc account
-a paper and pen
