Canadian Experience Class

My wife came to Canada as student, she completed the graduation and is on work permit, I came on spouse visa and working in B level IT job for 18months. We are planning to apply thru Canadian Experience Class, I am currently working in the same company. Does I need a LMIA or open work permit holders are exempt from this.

Your work experience is eligible. However, when you complete the profile, you will be asked if you have a valid job offer - you do not (not without an LMIA).
