one Query related to ECA. Do we need the ECA report before creating the EE Profile or we can create the profile by entering our education details and get the ECA report later on.

You need the ECA report first as there is a reference number that is required when creating your EE Profile.

Of course you can create a profile and add you education; but the points for the education will only reflect after you entering the ECA ref#

my current name is different from the name on educational documents.

In IQAS form it says:- Proof of name change (for example photocopy of marriage certificate). Required only if your current name is different from the name on your educational documents

Hi,

I have a query that I need some help with.

I have 2 credit cards with outstanding payments in bank abc under my maiden name. This was taken by my father on my name and now after making few payments, he is not able to make more payments on it.

I have the funds required for immigration under my married name in bank xyz. It's a joint account of mine and my husband's. We don't have any debt here. It's our money.

Should I mention just our joint account details? Will I be in a soup with immigration if I don't disclose those 2 credit cards??

I am not sure about IQAS. But in WES... Though Sending Academic report(form available in WES) is optional, we send transcripts with filled Academic report. We have to write previous names in the 'other names' apart from our current details.
So I got ECA with both the names.

Hello Serah,

You may have accounts with more than 1 bank. You just need to submit the statements for which you declared as POF. You don't have to submit your all bank account statements. Say.., If you declared 20k CAD as POF. You have 4 accounts with 10k each in two and other two are minimum balance or 10k as well. You have to show only 2 accounts for that 20k.

You can show only your XYZ bank statement as POF because it is without any debt. Also you need to include declaration from your husband that you have rights to access the whole amount.

Please can I pursue PR through EE while at the same time pick up a study program in Canada. Is it allowed?

I mean; I am hopefully about to receive nomination from one of the province which will enable me to apply proper to IRCC for PR stage processing. But(And) at this same time, I just got admission for a 1yr college Certificate program that I am tempted/want to accept and apply to embassy for Study permit. QUESTION: Will I be allowed to be processing the PR application while I am still a student or I must wait to finish study program before I start the PR application processing again? What are the options and how do people do both?

So I got my Work Experience letter from the company which I worked in.The letter itself is fully in english.The problem is company overhead is in local language.So the company name and words like phone number,adress and faks which are written in the overhead of letter all in local language.Will this be problem or should I make translations?

Hi and thank you for the blessing.

There is no rule that says one can not apply for PR while studying. You can apply based on the educational credentials you have already attained.
So it's really a question of whether you can afford it all.

Hi,

This is a bit of a tricky one. Although the majority of the letter is in English the fact that some important parts are not means that it needs to be translated. That is my humble opinion. At least that is the safest thing to do.

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with:

• the English or French translation; and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translations; and

Hi Seniors,

I have two questions.

1. Is there any format for getting the reference letter from our current and past companies we have worked.? If yes kindly share it.
2. I have worked for 5 companies and i have 4 years experience do i need to get the letter from all the companies or last two companies would be fine?
3. And the main query is i worked as contract employee ( my payroll was processed by another parent company) so should i get the letter from my parent company or from my deputed company?
