Hi,

It's difficult to say without having all the details you have entered. It could be the expiry of WES or IELTS, could be the amount of funds you entered or eligibility points dropping below 67.

I want to know about work experience about noc 3114. I have 2.5 years experience from 2012 till 2014 . After that I moved to Australia from 2015 till 2017 and don't have any experience during this time. Am done with ielts and need to submit my application for EE . Can I use experience which is not recent?

Hi,

You experience must have been gained in the last 10 years. So you are good to go.

I would appreciate if someone would address the below-given issues,

1. As my given name along with my family name which appears in the passport is RAVI VERMA, all in upper case, I have filled my name in the online application as Ravi Verma. Would it be accepted ??

2. Secondly, Just had a quick question about the educational details which I have mentioned in my application. As the option says enter Name of school / Institution, I have mentioned it as University of Pune which was my university. So I wanted to understand whether I was supposed to mention my college's name which is KHS college of science and commerce and which was affiliated to the University of Pune or just the name of the university would be ok??

3.My office which was in Hinjewadi Pune has shifted to a different place within the city as a result, the address on the salary slips as well as the company letterhead has changed. Now while requesting for the reference letter the address on the letterhead will differ from the offer letter and other documents? would it cause any problem??

4.Lastly, for proof of funds, is it ok to show fixed deposits from the local bank along with a letter from the bank stating the current amount in CAD and also the transactions for the last 6 months.? What exactly is bank draft?

1. Yes, it will be accepted.

3. It's not a problem but you can write a letter of explanation to be on the safe side.

4. Fixed deposits are acceptable - you can show your FD certificates. And if your bank is willing to write a letter, get that too.

To start EE profile, you would be asked to fill come to Canada tool. It will indicates whether you are eligible or not. Are you sure that you got eligible on that?

Eligibility is to have minimum of 1 year in the last 10 years. So you got eligibility in that factor. But CRS is calculated for the past 5 years.

Also you need ECA before filling EE. You got IELTS. Do you have ECA??

Pls go thru http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp and it says eligible. Go ahead filling EE with your ECA and IELTS. Good Luck!

Go ahead filling EE. You got eligibility. The thing that you will points for 2 years in your CRS.
3.5 years gives the maximum score.

Please a have 5 years work experience with the same employer. But I worked in 3 cities in the same country with this employer at the same position with the same duties.
1. In the work history form I need to fill 3 lines of work experience corresponding to each city?

2. Or only one line is correct with the head office city?

3. Only my actual supervisor can write mt reference letter for all the 5 years work experience?

I would recommend you to write wrt NOCs. If you served all the 5years in the same NOC, write it in 1 line and with current location. If you got promotion/dept change, write it on NOC basis. Finally you are going to submit only 1 reference letter for this 5 years employment. NOC is weighed at some circumstances.

Is it possible to get a job offer lets say in january and then write the ielts in february and then apply for immigration when I get ielts results?

Can't say that it is impossible. If you can get job offer from a company(registered in LMIA) with 1 year validity, you can write IELTS and ECA. Then you can apply for immigration* (*condition apply)

*Within that 1 year, you need to get valid IELTS score, evaluated ECA, satisfy other eligibility criteria, score enough CRS pts, get ITA and submit PR application.

One more query....in all degree certificates are in maiden name of my wife and in passport and EE profile after marriage name. So anything that i have to send additional for that?

I applied Academic report with current name and maiden name in 'other name'. The transcripts were been issued with maiden names. WES has mentioned both the names in ECA. WES replied to my request that they can issue ECA only as per transcripts.

So you have to include Academic report of WES, write 'her current name at applicant name' and 'previous name in the other name'.

Hello everyone, i received an invitation yesterday but i am worried because my partner passport will expire in February 2018,i already booked an appointment to renew it. Is it advisable to submit the application with my current passport and later raise CSE when i receive the new or i should wait and use the new one. Regards

You have 90 days to submit eAPR. You can do either. I would renew it immediately(I get renewed PP within a week in my case) and submit application in this kind of situations.

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding my work experience duration calculation. I have total work experience of more than 4 years in the skilled jobs but in different job profiles, 2.7 years in Information Technology industry and 1.5 in a managerial role in the Insurance industry. Should I enter my work experience as 2.7 ( or 2 to be exact) years only, as I have higher experience and will gain higher points for my IT job as compared to my second job where my experience is only 1.5 years. Or I can enter total 4 years?

I have this doubt because someone said that the work experience in only one job profile is considered and there is no similarity between the two job roles that I have assumed till date.

You need minimum of 1 year in last 10 years for eligibility. You can mention 4 years.
