You don't. You can submit the medical form they give you, but you do not need to.
The panel physician will submit all results to CIC on your behalf.
No they don't. Don't worry. They're really looking for infectious/communicable diseases. It's very easy and nothing to stress about.
You'll see medical results received and then it may eventually changed to medical passed. We're March 1 applicants and our ecas says medical received (since April) and I don't lose sleep over it - you'll be fine
Hi guys! I need your help. My husband got a request to upload schedule A on August 29. He uploaded the document the next day but got a request today to upload it again. In the letter it says missing information for a period of time. Also it stays u and ur family should submit this form. Does the sponsor have to fill it as well? Or do his parents or brothers have to fill it as well although they're not accompanying him to Canada. Please advise

I placed an inquiry using the IRCC webform. I notified them that the PA is expecting with a baby now and the under the enquirer info i put my (sponsor's) information. They got back to me saying
Good day XXX(sponsor),
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We have verified the file of (YYYY, PA) and were unable to find information stating that you are their representative.
The Privacy Act makes sure that a person’s identity and personal information are protected. For this reason, we cannot take action on your request since this file contains personal information about another person.
In order to respond to your inquiry, (YYYY, PA) must provide written consent to IRCC by completing the Use of a Representative form and submitting it via the IRCC Web form. You may also contact the appropriate governing body to verify that you are a member in good standing.
Why would they think I am a representative when I clearly stated in the letter that I am the sponsor?? I placed the enquiry again and if that does not work again I will ask the PA to place the enquiry by herself. I also tried calling the call center in my lunch break but as you know they are never reachable. They just say the line is too busy and hangs up.
Any suggestion from you guys? How do I let CIC know about the change of status??

You need to become the representative as you are the sponsor - They cannot give out information to the sponsor because the application is in the APPLICANT's name. The sponsor has to be authorized as a rep.
It's kind of like if I have a bill in my name, the company won't give any information to my partner unless his name is also on the bill. Does that make sense?
You must be authorized as the representative to be able to get information about the application
Also, I'm almost certain you do not need to inform CIC of pregnancy, only childbirth.
