No update yet... i talked to a guy who works for vfs whom i personally know. he says files with too many documents can take time to be verified, usually around 20 working days. So i guess im on 16 working days, its surely around the corner inshallah!

Got a mail from VFS today saying my processed application blah blah has been released by the chc to dhaka centre...

Should i be expecting a mail from VFS when they receive it or should i go and check now?

I got a new update : "Passport released by the High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:XXXXX, Tel: on 20/06/2012 and is in Transit.It might take 2/3 days in transit to reach Application Centre. I found it released usually on wednesdays and it usually reaches BD in Sunday and they deliver passports on monday, So pray for me ! ! ! ANy one got this new update after medical submission??? "

Thanks bro! I hope its a stamped passport and a medical call for me! BTW are there any preferred place to get our medicals done? I mean do any of the 4 places give the reports quicker or slower or whatever? And when do we get our original documents back? Do we have to submit any application or do we get it back with our medicals?

Thx bro. For medicals Wahab is kinda good. IOM is also good one. Both of these send medical report within 72 hours, They've to do it, So you don't need to worry and they usually call you if you've any medical problem. No call means a positive sign and if you submit the originals then you need to submit an application claiming the original once while re-submitting your passport.
