if background check completed that mean security is done, when was your background completed on the tracker ?

I did. No changes, just stated New Update on everything that was completed till date. Still no new update since March!

Yes, we also received a ghost update today for me, my husband and his parents. It only stated 3 new updates, 2 new updates but no change. May b will see some change till Monday. It is the first GU from April 13th.

My wifes profile showed a GU today too. Nothing exciting since there was no update. Hopefully its the OATH call since Test and BG is completed. Fingers crossed. I can remember this happening to my profile last year.

Seems to be a system upgrade caused that. Got that GU dated October 27 as well.

Hey folks, I checked my tacker today. I noticed update date changed to today plus:
★ 3 new update
But I dont see anything changed in the tracker, and test is the only green. Has this happened to anybodu? result?

According to the agent I spoke to, it was a GU because of a system upgrade.

I was with hopes when I was reading all comments, until I read yours...thanks for checking that!
At least something happened, maybe this will help them see the delayed applications. I'm still with just the test complete. Everything else is still "in progress". Fingers crossed that everything will start moving now with the update.

same here , but when I called, was told, criminality done, security is pending, Background check is both criminality and security, I guess most of us who is pending background check are waiting for security to be cleared from CSIS, which takes from 6-8 month, started 7th month for my security screening, still waiting

Sorry I read you comment now. That's new to me, so you were able to get all this info when you called?
I've been reading that calling them does not help, as they do not share any info at all and ask to wait for the update. Which number did you call? I think I'm gonna give it a try to see what they have to say about my process.

I even checked my ECAS and it's still in process so we just have to wait and see. They always surprise us.

it says Updated:October 27, 2023. not still same , no update
