Seems to be a system upgrade caused that. Got that GU dated October 27 as well.

Thanks for sharing this update. I am following your timeline so far.. Uploaded passport scans on June 3rd. Last notes still had 'E-grant review ready PM03' as of 8/31

Their notes turned from "Interview Ready" to "Review Ready" which seems another story

At least they don't need to interview you anymore. E-Grant Review Ready is the last step before LPP completes and the oath gets scheduled

I uploaded the passport scans as an attachment at the moment I was submitting the application.. didn't help in my case – still got a passport scan request. Likely due to being outside of country when I took the test
