I assume you are asking about the Group of Five program. To be sponsored through this program, you must have someone in Canada willing to be your sponsor. Normally this would be a family member or a friend. That person then needs to find four other people in Canada who are willing to join in sponsoring you.

To get a visitor visa, you need to show your own funds (cash in bank), ties to return to home country (job, property, spouse/children), travel history to UK, US, NZ or AUS and valid reasons to travel. You cannot work in Canada on a visitor visa.

There is no easy way. Given you are registered with UNHCR, TRVs are not an option. You need to research immigration programs like Express Entry based on your age, education, work experience, language and funds. Do you have a degree? How much money do you have because money doesn’t buy your way into Canada.
You cannot buy your way to Canada. Look at BC Entrepreneur program since money is no object for you but not sure you are eligible since don’t know if you are a legal residence of Eygpt. Will need ECA and IELTS. Your net worth will be verified through accounting firm. Start your business plan.

Which program are you referring to? There is nothing called five year care. Please provide a link to the IRCC site for the program you are asking about. If you are asking about Group of Five program, your sponsor in Canada must submit the application. It will take around 3 years to process and will not be fast.
