Applied on 25 feb 2019 paper based application
Visa application, tracking ID No. *** – Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019/03/11 and is on transit through the VAC in (HUB City) to the Canada Visa Application Centre in LAHORE.
Please help what does that mean? is there anyway i can track that i got the TRV visa approval or not.
And its been 15 days since I applied is it too early or its a normal processing time
Im so much worried please guide me with positive answers according to processing times

It means exactly what it says. Your passport is on your way back. A decision has been reached and your application is closed.

Unless you linked your application online, you can only know the decision when you open the decision envelope.

i heard processed passport is a thing for visa approval and if i use a logic envelop contains more things in it maybe a rejection letter with passport in it since its been only 11 working days i sent the application and processing time for pakistan trv is 34 days

No as I applied in person through VAC

Yes they took my passport and biometrics at the same time on 25th feb

So you already had a pretty accurate idea of what it means in the first place, but just asked here to hope that someone would allay your fear that your application was rejected, which all signs point to.
